COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS
Each exhibitor will be supplied with 250 complimentary
invitation cards for distribution to their clients.
In addition Complimentary Invitation cards will be mailed
to all senior executives in the medical and healthcare
sector.
CLEARING AND FOWARDING
The organizers have appointed Gilfreight cargo services
Ltd as the official clearing and forwarding agent. The
exhibitors are advised that:-
1) It is a customs requirement that a security bond
must be executed with an insurance company or a bank
for exhibition goods brought into the country from outside.
No duty is required for goods brought into the country
for exhibition purposes. However this kinds of goods
must be shipped back to their origin.
2) The exhibitor is required to pay duty for imported
exhibition goods if he intends to sell the same during
the exhibition.
3) Copies of shipping documents should be with the
clearing agent at least 14
days before the exhibition starts to ensure quick clearing
at the port of entry.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
FOR: HOTEL BOOKINGS, CAR RENTALS, SAFARIS AND TRANSFERS
Trust land Africa Safaris Ltd, is the official agent
for the above services to the exhibitors who may require
accommodation facilities and other services.
PARTICIPATION COASTS & DETAILS.
1) Participation in the exhibition is subject to the
organizers terms and conditions.
2) A) Coast of space for a 9sqM shell stand:
Local rate: sh 90,000 +VAT
International rate: $2,500 inclusive
of:
a) Minimum shell space of 9 sq meters
b) 1 person full board accommodation
c) Airport Transfers & daily transport to &
from hotel.
NB: Any extra participation must cater
For his own accommodation
B) 50% payment is required to confirm booking.
C) All prices include an entry in the official MEDICARE
AFRICA ’08 catalogue
Security, exhibition passes, invitation cards and Advertising.
3) An exhibitor can order large space if he/she wishes.
