Personal Invitations A major ticket insert campaign will be conducted with over 130,000 tickets inserted in local and international trade press and over 100,000 personal invites will be posted out towards the end of April 2009 to our entire database. Email Campaigns In addition to the monthly E-news, visitors will be regularly included in email broadcasts to encourage them to pre-register to visit the show. AFYA magazine Afya magazine was launched in June 2007. This bi-monthly magazine is mailed to 10,000 senior decision-makers throughout East Africa and is a powerful tool for us to both brand the event and also target Medicare Africa's visitor group. Press Releases Medicare Africa Expo and Conference 2009 will be fully publicised via a continuous PR campaign that will focus on both local and international trade press. Three releases per month will be distributed by our PR agency in the six months leading up to the show to drive pre-show awareness of the event.
